The AGM will be held on Saturday 31 March 2012 at the Old Warden Village Hall, Old Warden, Beds SG18 9HQ, commencing at 11am.

If you wish to propose any items for the agenda, these must reach the Hon Secretary no later than Monday 20 February 2012.
The position of Hon Secretary is due for election on rotation at the 2012 AGM. The current Hon Secretary, Nick Clancy, is willing to stand for a further two year term.
In addition, four Committee positions fall due for election at the AGM, two on rotation at the end of a three-year term and the other two being vacant. Both Belinda Yaxley and Jon Norris have reached the end of their current terms and are willing to stand for re-election. Sarah Hattrell and Carolyne Scott were co-opted onto the Committee during 2011 to fill the vacancies, and both have indicated their willingness to stand for election for a three year term.
Any nominations for the position of Hon Secretary or for Committee members must be proposed and seconded by fully paid up members of the Lhasa Apso Club, and must reach the Hon Secretary no later than Monday 20 February 2012.
